Friendly staff. The desk clerk recommended nice restaurant and gave great directions to Shoshone Falls which we wanted to see while in town. Room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast choices were acceptable. There were lots of people taking advantage of the breakfast at the time we went to breakfast. The young lady who seemed to be in charge of the breakfast kept a sharp eye on tables as they emptied and quickly bused the tables and sanitized them and kept the breakfast buffet filled.

Wow! This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. Location is great with so many stores nearby and even in walking distance. Rooms was amazing: clean, big, very comfortable. We stayed in a room with a whirlpool bath and that was a treat! Breakfast was very good too with a nice selection of hot and cold food items. The staff were very friendly.

The staff were all very sweet and accommodating. my husband and I unfortunately had to cut our vacation short due to a family emergency and the staff was very understanding with our last minute changes and we were not charged for any last minute cancellations.
